InnStock was designed to address the lack of handset control and warehousing functionality in the standard Sage systems.

Utilising the standard Sage business objects and RF technology InnStock extends the existing Sage functionality and seamlessly adds a wide range of new functions. Businesses can improve efficiency and reduce delays in their stock management.

o Goods-In Processing

Receive stock into the warehouse, either by capturing the barcode electronically or via the handset keypad using a quick entry grid. Line by line verification with the purchase order ensures complete accuracy is maintained.

 

o Depot and Bin stock transfers

Quickly and easily move stock around your warehouse, whether that is individual bins or whole bays, while maintaining full movement history for each stock item.


o Flexible Picking of Stock:

Allows a user to either pick stock against individual Sales Orders or to work against a combined picking list covering multiple Sales Orders. The ability to combine Sales Orders into one pick enables a warehouse operator to bulk pick items which can then be split into the multiple Sales Orders that contain that item. This type of functionality works well in environments such as Wholesale or Retail where there is a requirement to pick high volumes of the same item.

 

o Comprehensive Stock Taking

The software supports full stock taking procedures, including cyclical stock takes which allows designated locations to be ‘locked’ for stock taking without affecting the entire warehouse.


o Packing of Stock

Stock can be packed into individual boxes or pallets, with each package being allocated a unique packing label containing a barcode to identify the Sales Order it relates to. Courier documentation can also be produced at this stage, reducing the amount of manual duplication.

 

o LIVE integration to Sage 200

The ability to provide LIVE integration to Sage enables key transactions to be validated within Sage prior to completion – for example, goods can not be dispatched via the handset if they are placed on hold within Sage.


o Powerful Dispatch Functionality

When an operator scans a box / pallet for dispatch, this integrates with the Sage 200 system to push the order to Ready to Dispatch automatically, removing any back office intervention on the dispatch of goods.

 

o Full Traceability

All stock movements are recorded and stamped with the transaction date, time and user details ensuring a complete audit trail is available at all times.


o E-Commerce Integration

Provides integration to your e-commerce website, updating product information (stock levels, description) and exchanging Sales Order detail (downloading Orders and notifying when goods are shipped).

 

o Courier Integration

The software can communicate to your chosen couriers web based shipping tool, passing the detail of items ready for collection – removing the need for duplication and improving accuracy. At this stage, the system can also generate the designated shipping manifest for the courier.
