Acti-Link is Innov8’s standard integration between the market leading Sage 200 business suite and Actinic’s industry recognised e-commerce portal. The link provides two-way data synchronisation between your online business trading solution and your Sage back office, and allows an order entered on the internet to be passed directly back into your accounts system.

Your Sage Sales Ledger, Stock Levels and Pricing files are interpreted by Acti-link and then exported to Actinic to create your Product Catalog. On receipt of Internet orders in your Actinic website, Acti-link transfers the orders into your Sage Order Processing module as if they had been entered manually. Sage 200 then continues to process the orders through to completion as usual.

Acti-Link is fully automated and updates Sage 200 without human intervention. You can put an end to re-keying, stop duplication and introduce much better accuracy into your information.
