Advanced Code Maintenance is an innovative utility which allows you to edit, merge and rationalise your nominal codes and departments. You can edit customer, supplier and product codes, change stock item types whilst retaining full transaction activity.

All occurrences of the changed Codes/Departments are permanently updated in the Sage data files so that the data will be as if the new codes had been used from the outset. This means that not only are the Ledger Codes changed but also the Account Activity is retained on the relevant Ledger Account, on the Audit Trail, on all POP and SOP postings, all Invoices, all Stock Records, all Recurring Postings, all Prepayments and Accruals, all Delivery Addresses, All Price Lists…

How it works:

Unlike most of the products supplied by Innov8 there is no need for intervention by us to install, configure or run the tool.

1.) Simply go to our 'Downloads and Support' page here. The software is available there for download. Please ensure you download the edition for the version of Sage 50 you are running.

2.) Once you have downloaded the product call our 0161 975 1600 and we will arrange for you to be
invoiced and supply you with an activation code.
